Hello and welcome to Just, Super mechanic here. About your vehicle.

Here are the instructions for the alternator.

  • Disconnect the battery ground cable.
  • Tag and disconnect the alternator wiring.
  • Remove the alternator brace bolt. Detach the drive belt(s).
  • Support the alternator and remove the mount bolt(s). Remove the unit from the vehicle.
  • To install, position the alternator into place and install the mount bolt(s) loosely.
  • Install the drive belt(s). Tighten belt enough to allow approximately 1/2 inch of play on the longest run between pulleys.
  • Connect the alternator wiring.
  • Connect the battery ground cable.
