2004 chev cavalier horn does not work, fuses okay, horn relay replaced still doesn''t work, emergency horn switch on hand keyless opener does work. what next?

Hi, since the horn works from the key fob, that tells us the horn,relay and the circuit are okay. The problem is most likely in the steering column. The horn switch is part of the airbag in the steering wheel. There may also be a broken wire beneath the air bag. You may want to take it to someone who has experience around air bag systems, since you can be injured if you try to remove it yourself. Let me know if i can help you further. Thanks Eric
