How do you change the fuse on chevy malibu when power windows don't work? I bought my car used an it wasnt until now i realized I dont have the car manual.
Ok do any of the windows work? Do you have access to a voltmeter?
Customer: replied 8 years ago.
none of the windows work and no I do not have a voltmeter. Are they expensive?

Well as far as the voltmeter goes, you will need one if the fuse is not blown. You can pick them up fairly cheap around $20 I would figure. There is a fuse for the power windows in your vehicle. I would advise you to check that first. The fuse is located on the body control module. it is labeled POWER WINDOWS. Here is a blow up of you fuse center.

I am not sure what the body control module is, but if its the fuse box. My fuse box does not look like the diagram. My fuse box is under the hood and every tag is abbreviated nothing is spelled out. This is what is kind of causeing me a issue figuring out what the abbreviation or symbol for the power windows.

Ok the interior fuse panel is in a different location. The are you will need to look is on the passenger side of the center console. You will need to remove the trim piece and then you will see the item I listed above. Here is how you will need to access it.
