I changed the fuel filter on my 2003 Yukon Denali. When i went in to start the car it is completely dead. No lights nothing. I suspect there may be some fuel interlock or safety which shuts down everything. How do I reset it????????

I believe it is just a coincidence that the vehicle has no electrical power. There is no fuel reset at all on this vehicle.
Start with the basics. Remove both battery cables and clean any corrosion. Any chance you left the door open or the key on when you were working on the vehicle. If so, the battery might have gone dead while you were doing the job. If you clean the cables and still have no power to anything, then try jumpstarting the vehicle.
