Hello and welcome. It sounds as if the ignition lock cylinder will need to be repolaced. You can try to spray some WD-40 in the cylinder, work it for a little while, and see if you can get it to turn. Also tapping on the cylinder a few times will sometimes free it up. The ignition lock cylinder is also the sensor for the theft system. After getting cylinder replaced, the system will have to be re-learned
