Resolved Question:

I have a 1989 Chevy Silverado pick-up. The radio has stopped working. You can hear that it turns on, but just high stactic noise. It was only doing it ocassionally, it has stopped getting channels all together now. The clock also has stopped keeping the right time. You can set it, but the next time you get in to start it, it will be a different time again.
