Check these Fuses first:
FTP Fuse 20amp Yellow
HDLAMP C.B. Fuse 20amp Yellow
PK/TURN Fuse 15amp Blue
S/LP Fuse 20amp Yellow

If all Fuses check O.K., then it is probably the MultiFunction Switch & needs to be Replaced.

WHEN I CHECKED THE FUSES YOU TALKED ABOUT THEY WERE NOT BLOWN,BUT WITH THE TEST LIGHT HOOKED UP TO THEM THE LIGHT DID NOT LIHGT ON THEM FUSES. DO YOU THINK IT STILL THE HEAD LIGHT SWITCH? I HAD A GOOD GROUND TO THE TEST LIGHT ALSO. ALL THE OTHER FUSES LITE THE TEST LIGHT TOO.

If none of the Fuses have Power, then you need to check the Main Fuseable Links coming from the Battery. Either located at the Starter Harness, Battery Harness, Alternator Harness & Main Harness under Hood.
Check both sides of the Fuseable Link for Voltage.
