the more than likely problem is a bad wiper switch , if they are stuck on you just want to turn off , until they get fixed then remove fuse # XXXXX frt wpr 25 amp fuse from the fuse panel . there are a few known problems with the wiper systems for years now from the switch to the wiper motor module , so a good electrical test will have to be done to check the system , i can paste the electrical diagrams if you like and give you a hand to do this , if you have the right tools , a voltmeter , and a test light . unfortunetly the fuse for this system is in the rear fuse block under the rear seat , so disconnect the wiper motor itself , so that you dont have to remove the seat
