The engine comes out the front of the van. You remove the radiator, grill condenser and the top core support. Then the engine is pulled through the front of the van.

Yes it has to be cut on each side using a cut off wheel G.M. offers a "repair' kit to put the core support back together. If you look closely at each side you will see a line to cut some earlier ones were actually marked cut here.

there is no line and/or cut markings
width of condenser or follow sub-support
I am not at work now but I can post the info in the morning when I get to work as I will have to pull it up on the G.M. computer. I do not have my login with me. Is that OK.
