It's the vent valve circuit of the evap system.Check the ERLS fuse in the underhood fuse box.If it's okay i would replace the evap vent valve.

    Object Number: 82216  Size: SH

  1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  2. Remove the EVAP vent solenoid from the bracket.
    Object Number: 82219  Size: SH

  3. Remove the vent hose from solenoid.
  4. Remove the EVAP vent solenoid.
