I HAVE A CHEVY 350. THE OIL DIPSTICK IS ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE MOTOR. ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MOTOR THERE IS A HOLE THAT LOOKS LIKE IT WOULD BE FOR A DIPSTICK OR A PLUG. WHAT GOES IN THIS HOLE?
due to chevy haveing engines with dip sticks on either side some reman companies including gm goodwrench make replacement engines with holes for dip sticks on both sides of block and send a metal plug to drive into the side you don't use. If you do not have this plug you will need to measure the hole and get a core plug to drive into it
