JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Lg G Stylo and I've had it for almost 2 years
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Reseting and restarting the phone up to the point where I've already lost all my data

Cannot receieve calls or make calls and lags as well.

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the Phone and hold the power button to off until a menu shows, then choose power off

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the phone and use it.
