Hello! Thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com; I am Russell H., an Expert here at JustAnswer.com, and I will do what I can to answer your question as well as it can be answered.

Try this approach, of doing the transfer of account and minutes from one Tracfone to the other, using the Tracfone website:

Navigate to the TracFone website www.tracfone.com

and click on "Activate Phone" on the top right of the screen.

Click the option that says "Transfer My Number and Service From One TracFone to Another."

Enter your account username and password ***** click "Sign In."

Does that work for you? I assume it would, it ought to. But tell me, how it goes, whether there are problems or not, please.
