can't get it activated. have been trying since 10:30 this morning. what is going on. just bought this new fone from HSN. I am just about ready to box it back up & return it to HSN.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: ZTE android, brand new & a smart fone.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

If you ported your number (transferred it to the new phone), it can take a couple of days for that process to complete.

In most cases, however, you can just move your SIM card from the old phone to the new phone, if your old phone used a SIM card.
