Recently updated my mobile from a Nokia 610 but the EE shop

Customer Question

Recently updated my mobile from a Nokia 610 but the EE shop spent an hour trying to transfer my nos and photos. After much swearing they gave up blaming it on a Windows phone. The problem is the photos. Looked this up onthe web and it said to download Zune which is now defunct. Is there a way as I don't want to lose the photos?
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: Can't really remember but I haveonly recently become eligible to update it so at least 2years if not perhaps 4?
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I still tried downloading with Zune and it managed to pick up videos but not photos. Haven't tried anything else as not too clever with technology
JA: Anything else you want the phone expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Only that there is no Sim card in the Nokia now so it is purely working on Windows

Hi there and welcome

Connect the phone to your computer and you should see it show as a drive.

Then open it and go to the folder dcim.

You should then see the photos and be able to copy them to your computer

Let me know please how you go.
