In terms of being able to activate and use you will have to call your service provider to activate that sim card on your account, to which it will then be able to be used, unless they sent you paperwork on how to activate it otherwise. We do not have access to your account so we cannot access that info but they will also be able to provide you with the mins and be able to go over buying mins/prepaid vs monthly plans that may better suit your needs.
Since we are not that carrier I can only assist and instruct you with calling your service provider and what needs done, it's usually pretty quick over the phone.
