I dropped it in some water yesterday. It seemed fine until about 30 mins ago. The screen now is all stipes and wont change or take calls
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It's a I-phone 6+ about 2 years old
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It's just started about 30 mins ago. I cant open it to try anything
JA: Anything else you want the phone expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: just that it didn't seem to be wet when I grabbedit out of the sink

Since iPhones are not covered under any warranty for water damage, the only thing you can really try is submerging the iPhone in white rice for 24-48 hours.

During that period please do not take the phone out or try to use it. (Make sure it is powered off) Once the time has elapsed, turn the iPhone on and see if it is any better.
