Just got a new phone.(###) ###-#### Also a new iPad. I can't remember my wifi password. Maybe I tried too many times?
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: 3 days old.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It just started when I came into the city in a different venue than I'd been in. My only troubleshooting was trying all different passwords on my phone and my iPad.
