I was trying to pair a Bluetooth earpiece and accidently hit forget this device option. how do I get my smartphone to re-recognize it now. it does even pick up signal even though an Iphone 5 does.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Plantronics legend, purchased recently
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: after I purchased earpiece and was trying to figure it all out, I accidently told my jitterbug to forget device. how do I undo this?

Hi there and welcome

To re-pair it, please do the following

Turn the headset on and then put it on.
Tap the voice button and then say "pair" or press and hold the call button until you hear "pairing."
Activate Bluetooth on your phone and set it to search for new devices.
Select "PLT_Legend." If your phone asks for a passcode, enter four zeros (0000); otherwise, accept the connection. NOTE: Not all phones prompt for a passcode.
Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful."
