Verizon normally keeps a record only of the date / time / sender / receiver / Message type information of "...text messages and calls..." NOT the actual contents hence no transcript.

Have you tried / checked your account with MyVerizon ?

I have tried but the account is states that for some reason it is locked and I must call to have it unlocked. I called today and they told me they put in a ticket to tech support to have it unlocked and that it should be good to go in 24-48 hours...
