Ask a Cell Phones Question, Get an Answer ASAP!
Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.
The PUK code is a security code that your phone service provider can give you, if you call their Customer Support or their Technical Support department, and identify yourself and your account # etc. to them. Sometimes it is needed under circumstances where the phone's owner (the one who pays for the service plan, obviously) needs to be identified to the phone.
(If you need your phone service provider, or carrier's, phone #, just let me know your phone service provider, and I will provide that information to you.)
