I am Samuel and I can help.
We are fine here the system auto sends the messages. Hang tight a few moments while I type the instructions.
Ok most carriers allow you to hold the #1 key for 3 seconds to open your voicemail system.
It should then ask you to enter your 4 digit pin.
I thought you would try it now to ensure that it is working. However at that point it would tell you how many messages you have and tell you what number to hit to play the messages. At the end of each message it will give you the option to save or delete.
Once you know the number from saving and deleting you do not have to wait until that end of the current message to save it or delete it.
Did that work for you?
Which part is not working? Is #1 taking you into the voicemail?
To access your Voice Mail, press *VM (*86), then SEND. Follow the prompts to enter your password ***** retrieve your messages. If you press *VM (*86) and hear your own or a system greeting, press the # key to interrupt the greeting and follow the prompts to enter your password ***** retrieve your messages.
*86 is the voicemail phone number. I am not sure I follow your question sorry. Can you clarify?
Any luck with things. I really want to be able to help you with this?
