Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.
I presume that by a 'black' you mean a bloc, a block, a one-piece wodge of data, right?
Do you want to back it up, or those two at least, up to any particular place?
A computer? a memory card? a flash drive maybe?
OK... good. Is your laptop a Windows PC, or an Apple laptop/MacBook ?
Good, and thank you for sticking with me on this.
The answer is: you need to install Samsung Smart Switch on your laptop.
Here's the page for it:
but the actual place it is described is about 40 % of the way down that page. And this is the link to download Smart Switch to your laptop:
And it would seem to be both designed by Samsung for their devices (always an advantage) but also to be free-of-charge to download and use.
Once your Samsung phone is connected to your laptop while it is running Smart Switch, you can bring up a listing of data on your Samsung phone, including
and from there you can backup or copy to the laptop.

What version of Windows is on your PC, please?
Have you run Windows Update on your PC lately?
If not, at this point it might be a good idea to try doing that.
The error message may mean that one of your system files is corrupted... or, that the Smart Switch download got corrupted or interrupted.
In which case, after doing a Windows Update, and a restart, it might be good to re-do the download, use the Save As or Save To Disk option, not the 'Run' option, then locate the downloaded installer, and try double-clicking upon it.
Select any or all of those updates. They're probably all essential, and when they are installed, and then your PC is restarted, you will have an updated PC, and may try the install of Smart Switch with some added confidence that it won't fail this time.
(The only update I'm not sure of is the GRMSP1.1_DVD.iso which sounds wrong somehow. You can leave that one out! for now at least.)
