I tranfered one cell phone number to a new cell around noon today and we still haven' t got any response to the new cell phone
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: I just got the new cell phone today. The old cell has to be around six years
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I called the 800 number and they told me around 15 mins to a couple of hours for the change
