I'm sorry that you are having this trouble, It would be my pleasure to assist you with this. It sounds like you have already done much of the troubleshooting that I would recommend. However, before we go any further, I'd like to suggest something really simple. Please power your phone off and leave it off for at least 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, power it back on and see if the problems remains. Mobile phones are like any other electronic device in that they benefit from being shut down on a regular basis.
