I've just paged thru most of the literature that came with the phone. I think it's a model 101 (I thought they were talking about beginning classes) but I can't find either the make or the phone system/provider listed anywhere. I think the old phone was under AT&T - but you (corporately) made me get a new one because you were changing the system. Did that include the provider (which would make sense)? This one was free - but it takes pictures and videos, which the old one didn't. My account number is###-##-#### Does (MEI: 014594000604278) help?
