Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Or moto G
Expert:  Randy***** CellTech replied 6 months ago.
okay, do you know the google account info connected to the phone, gmail address and password?
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
No
Expert:  Randy***** CellTech replied 6 months ago.
okay, unfortunately the security on the Moto X and Moto G are extremely tight. The only way to gain access will be with the google info. Do you have access to a computer that is used for the google account?
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
I don't know any of his Google information related to his phone
Expert:  Randy***** CellTech replied 6 months ago.
okay, is it asking for a 4 digit pin?
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
It just says enter the pin
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Actually it's just a screen of the numbers and then a checkmark to hit when the code is entered
Expert:  Randy***** CellTech replied 6 months ago.
okay, try this. If it does not work you can power off and back on normally to exit the safe mode>Press and hold the Power button (located on the right edge of the device; above the volume buttons) until the options menu appears then release. Touch and hold Power off until the 'Reboot to safe mode' prompt appears (approximately 1 second). From the 'Reboot to safe mode' prompt, tap OK to confirm. The process may take up to 30 seconds to complete. Upon reboot, 'Safe mode' appears in the lower-left of the unlock/home screen.

Then what
Expert:  Randy***** CellTech replied 6 months ago.
if safe mode appears at the bottom, try entering 0000 and press the checkmark.
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Ok
Expert:  Randy***** CellTech replied 6 months ago.
let me know if you need anything.
Customer: replied 6 months ago.

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
0000 did not work
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Safe mode apears
Expert:  Randy***** CellTech replied 6 months ago.
okay, unfortunately it sounds like the security is gonna be too tough to break without the google info. You can power the phone off normally and it will return to normal.
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
That really sucks
Expert:  Randy***** CellTech replied 6 months ago.
I agree, I wish there was more that I could do. Sorry!
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Thanks
