The screen is cracked so I can't do anything that needs reaction from the phone
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

ok, it wont be possible sorry.

Apps you cannot anyway but these you can install again on your new phone as they are linked to your Gmail account.

Messages you need to use an app such as Super Backup

But the only way to use this is to install the app and run it via the phone itself, it cannot be done remotely and as the phone is not usable you will not be able to do so sorry.

Only real solution is to replace the screen so the phone is usable and then you can.

If you would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

and if you can take a second to rate my service by clicking one of the stars at the top of the screen then submit, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Is there a way I can see what sms app was used
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

It would have been the standard one, 99% of the people just use that, which comes with the phone.

Else he can go on the computer to this link

https://play.google.com/apps

And see all the apps that were installed (make sure your signed in on his Gmail account)
