Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

ok, still your ion the wrong place, as its not system manager that was part of my instructions...

Your going to have to reset the phone as I cannot list the instructions with any less steps...

This will remove all data (photos, contacts) from the phone and return it to new, but this cannot be avoided

To do the reset, do the following please

  1. Press and hold the power button to turn the device off. Make sure it is fully off
  2. If your device won’t turn of remove the battery for a second and put it back. ( Do not turn your phone back on )
  3. With your device of press and hold the volume up and the home button, then without releasing the two other buttons press and hold the power button as well.
  4. Hold these three buttons until you can read recovery mode in the upper left corner of the screen. As soon as you can see it release the button combination.
  5. Scroll down and select Wipe Data/Factory Reset.

Scroll down and select Yes - Delete All User Data.

When prompted, scroll to and select Reboot System Now. The phone will then reboot to its factory settings.

Then set it up and tell me if it now connects to the network please.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Is there a way I can save the data
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

Which data do you wish to save?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
