okay, thank you. Unfortunately, that is not possible with AT&T. The issue is that the online system is set up to reflect the records AT&T has on file. To erase the online content would be like erasing AT&T records. By law they must keep at least 6 months on record.
No, unfortunately they cant remove them. AT&T keeps here records on file longer than any other cell company and will not remove them under any condition. The only thing that you can do at this point will be to request paperless billing. That will stop them from sending a printout to your mailing address, however the records will still be available online at MyATT.com
