Customer Question

When I put the speaker on to listen to a message, I get some terrible squeals. How can I get rid of that?

Hello, my name is Rusty. The squeal is caused by feedback. Feedback is caused by sound that comes out of the speaker, and goes into a microphone that is too close, which feeds the sound back through the speaker in a neverending loop, causing a squeal. To fix it, make sure your microphone isn't close to the speaker, or turn down the speaker. If you need tips on this procedure, please give me the model number.
