Yes it is still under warranty. I have spent 5+ hours talking to 3 different companies and none could help me with anything (troubleshooting, phone replacement, etc.). I went to each of their websites and they were useless.

If in warranty, Tracfone should give you a new one for free. Call Tracfone at 1-800-867-7183 or by email clicking here ===>

I recommned to contact them by phone. If your phone is in warranty, they will ship you a new one for free.
