I have an older samsung model no.SGH-A412 and have recently changed from Telsra to Amaysim. As a result I am unable to receive photos. Can u help.
Already Tried: Have attempted to alter MMS from Telstra without luck

Hello, I am Pete, and I'll be happy to assist with your question today.As you have changed to a new mobile carrier, you will need to update the settings on your phone to allow you to send pictures (MMS messages).You can click on the following link ( http://optusau.wdsglobal.com/mainPage.html ) and follow the instructions to send out new MMS settings via text message to your phone. Settings will normally take 15minutes up to 1 hour to come out to you.
Samsung phone model no SGH A412 not listed in phone types to be forwarded to Optus to allow answer.
In that case, you will need to contact Amaysim on 1300 808 300 between 8am and 9pm (AEST), Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm (AEST) at the weekend to get instructions on how to manually configure the settings on your Samsung phone to allow you to send and receive MMS.Pete.
