Customer Question

I have a lg model LG220C cellphone on the tracfone network which only flashes the lg logo when charging. It answers when called but does not ring. A text was accepted but not noted by the phone.. The screen is black and no keys cause a response. It was working this am and quit in the middle of listening to a voice mail. The battery has been taken out and put back in. The phone seems dead except for the flashing screen while charging. Can you provide some insight into the problem. I am writing this for the owner of the phone. The phone number is XXXXX The phone is listed to Tammy XXXXX.

 



Already Tried:
charging, taking battery out and putting back in trying some default unlock codes such as 12345 and the last four digits of the phone number.

Given what you said about the corrupted operating system. We are going to take this up with tracfone and reinstall the phone if we can. You were informative and helpfull. Where do I select the ratings?
