ok, can you remove the battery and wait 5 minutes.

Then put the battery back in, start the device and see if you get the problem.

We will need to do a factory reset. This is going to return the phone to new and should then resolve the problem.

Unfortunately this will remove all data from the phone, but there is not going to be a way to avoid this sorry.

To do this, please do the following


First remove battery for a few minutes and then put it back in.

Then at the same time hold the following:

volume up, call button and power button (hold until it vibrates)

When it asks for permissions select:

select wipe data/ factory to reset
