i bought a used Nokia 5310 on ebay and there is a security code. The seller gave me one to try but it doesn't work.
Already Tried: Putting in the code the seller suggested.
Hello, I am Pete, and I'll be happy to assist with your question today.
You will need to contact the seller again to obtain the correct security code.
The default security code is 12345, however if this has been changed and you do not know the new code, then the phone will need to be unlocked by a dealer.
This answer is no help. I have seen the same information on Nokia and TMobile websites.
The seller forgot her code and offered to refund. I contacted you just in case you knew something that would help. You don't. I have no reason to give you a good rating and pay for the service when you did nothing for me.
I am not questioning the honesty of your answer. Sorry you are taking this so personally. You and the rest of your Just Answer organization did not help me. According to the terms I signed up for, I should not be charged if I am not satisfied with the answers. I am not satisfied. I received no information I was not able to get on my own.
Our chat has ended, but you can still continue to ask me questions here until you are satisfied with your answer. Come back to this page to view our conversation and any other new information. Hi Marj,Your negative poor rating of my service is still showing for this question. Please let me know what further service you require to rate my assistance highly? Thanks,Pete.
I have no further use for Just Answer. I believe Just Answer owes me a refund according to the terms.
Hi Marj,
Please let me know why you feel my service was so poor and I will do everything I can to assist you?
Pete.
