Hi Todd,

No, I didn't know it was necessary, and wouldn't know how to do it.

Hi Garry,

Thanks for the reply.

You will have to visit the url below to do that. Please follow those steps to set your phone for MMS and Internet:
1. Go to this link please - http://vodafone.com.au/help/devices/ota-settings/index.htm

2. Select your phone model (Motorola, then "MotoRAZR V3x)
3. Select "Setup your phone for WAP". Enter your phone number and you will get automatic settings on your phone.
4. Go back and select "Setup your phone for MMS". Enter your phone number and you will get automatic settings on direct on your phone.
5. One more time go back and select "Setup your phone for Internet". Enter your phone number.
6. Save all settings on your phone and test your phone.

Garry, If you have any difficulties please do not rate my answer. Reply to me using "Reply to Expert" button.

Hi Todd, now I can send photos, thanks but I still can't receive them

Hey Garry, sorry for delay. I had to take a break after 16 hours online.

Can you please to use previous online service to set up WAP first - "Setup your phone for WAP", then to test your phone (receiving). If that doesn't work then set your phone to internet - "Setup your phone for Internet". Also, test your phone.

If this still doesn't solve issue with receiving you will need to contact Vodafone customer service at 1300 650 410 or free call 1555 from Vodafone mobiles. Their representatives will send you configuration message. You will have to save that settings in your phone instead of settings from the online service.

Garry, please do not rate my answer negative (1 or 2 stars) that's very important to me. If you need more information or you have any difficulties please use "Reply to Expert" or "Continue conversation" button. I'll be happy to help.

Thanks.
