Hi Denise,Thanks for the reply.If system doesn't recognize your voice mail password, you will have to reset your password. There are 3 ways to reset your password:A. To reset password XXXXX1. Go to Vezion Wireless webpage - http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/index.html?tab=myaccount2. Click "Sign in" (right upper corner)3. Log into account4. Go to Navigate My Verizon > Reset Voice Mail Password (under My Device).5. Enter the new password, re-enter the new password XXXXX click Submit.B. To reset password XXXXX cell phone1. Press *611 then press SEND (airtime is free).2. Listen to the instructions and when prompted, press 3, 2, 4, 3 then press 3 to reset the password.3. Enter the requested information for security verification.4. Press 2 to reset the password.C. If you have any difficulties you can contact Verizon customer service at 1-800-VERIZON (1-800-837-4966) and their representatives will reset your password XXXXXIf you need more information please use "Reply to Expert" or "Continue conversation" button.
