I cannot seem to set up my gmail account on my new samsung rugby. It says it doesn't recognize my address or pw. Works fine on my computer.
Already Tried: keep trying to open my email and it sends me all these check codes and then says it doesn't recognize my username or password,

i took out battery and still prroblems
ok, these phones have a tendency of adding a blank space at the end of a word when you switch to a new box.So what can be happening is when you type in the Email address then go to the password XXXXX it adds a blank space at the end. The computer sees this as a new character which causes it not to recognize the email address.The same can occur with the password.When you switch to the next box, can you press to the very right of the email address and see where the cursor is please. Make sure it is flush against the email address to ensure there is no space.Also please do this for the password.Then submit this as the login.If it still complains, please let me know.
