How do i transfer my contacts from phone to sim with a smashed screen?

phone is LG GS100. Screen is badly smashed and nothing is visible.
ok, then you only chance is to try to backup the phone using the free program BitIMYou can do that via this linkhttp://www.bitpim.org/#downloadDownload and install it and connect the phone to the computer.Run the program and try to backup the phone which will bring the contacts over to the computer.If you have any difficulties, please do not hesitate to let me know.
I have no lead to connect phone to computer. Would phoning LG be an option to see if they could talk me through the process over the phone?
It wont as they will tell you to do the same thing.As you cannot use the phone with no screen, you have to use the computer to do this sorry.
