Please help? I cannot connect my galaxy s3 to your router wi fi, every time it is no autheticity. At my home add. I have no signal but the router runs my lap top, no problem, I have had the contents control removed from the phone. Please tell me there is an answer to this upsetting problem. Yours in hope Bill Tate

When you go into the wifi connection menu, does the phone "see" your home network?

Hi,UNDER WI FI NETWORKS in setting,s it says talk talk_85EDA3 on the right hand side there is the blue wi fi motiff fronted by a white lock.Underneath it says..Authentication error occurred.

So "talk_85EDA3" is the wifi network that you are trying to connect to?

Hi Have solved the connection problem by getting there router on a share footing with the mobile and the laptop. Cheers Bill Tate
