i forgot my lock code for my samaung sch-u360. can i get back to the factory reset. the code is not my phone #

Hi Rowland,I see you have selected "I expected more". Is there anything I can do to improve your rating? "I expected more" does not allow me to recieve credit for my work and I also get a negative rating.
this is a used phone & verizon will not unlock it for me, whats next?

If the hard reset procedure doesn't solve your problem. The only way to unlock the phone will be to flash the phone. Like I already said if your provider will not to unlock your phone you will have to contact Samsung customer service (I have provided you with the phone number in my previous answer).Please note - there is no other way to unlock your phone than flashing the phone. Unfortunately you will not be able to perform that process. There are tools necessary for this procedure (cost about $500).If you need more information please let me know. Thanks!
