I upgraded my htc sensation to the ice cream one, but now my

I upgraded my htc sensation to the ice cream one, but now my phone won't get past the HTC screen when trying to turn on. What can I do?

Can you remove the battery

Put the battery back in, hold the volume down and with it help press and hold the power button until you see a menu.

Use the Volume keys to choose Recovery

The recovery should bring it back to working order.

If it does not, then you will need to choose Factory Reset to reload the operating system.

If after doing this you still have problems, please let me know.

When I did the recovery it went to a red triangle with an exclaimation point. Then when I did the factory reset it went to the white screen with htc on it and still won't move off of it.

ok, then I am really sorry but the phone is "bricked"

This means that it only has half an operating system installed on it and therefore cannot be reinstalled by you.

The only solution is to take it back to where you purchased it to have it reloaded by HTC (they send it in).

It should be covered by warranty.

I am really sorry about this and wish there was a better solution, but any and all steps that can be performed, we have done.
