No it didn't work.

Sometimes the send button is green and sometimes it is blue. Blue sent a message.

Expert:  Nalosin replied 4 years ago.

Green send button is for regular SMS messages, and Blue is for iMessages (they are free, and can be sent between iPhones, iPads).

Now if you tap on Settings -> Messages please make sure you have set everything as follows:

iMessage: ON
Send Read Receipts: OFF
Send As SMS: ON

MMS Messaging: ON
Group Messaging: ON
Show Subject Field: OFF
Character Count: ON

After you set everything like above button should work.

Yes

Can you try to turn off iMessages and to use only regular Text Message?
