Thanks,There are no issues at the moment with the networkThis is also not related in anyway to the phoneIt can be that her Voicemail box is full, or AT&T have disabled the service, or she has not set voicemail up yetCan you have her check through these three possibilities please and let me know if after all being checked out, the problem remains?Thanks
