Thanks for the reply.
If you never changed your password, try to enter default password. The default password XXXXX the phone is "0000" or "00000000" (4 or 8 zeros).
If you changed your password, there is only one solution we can try online. Please follow the steps below:
1. Turn off your phone
2. Remove battery
and SIM card.
3. Replace battery, not the SIM card.
4. Turn on your phone and type this code *2767*3855#
5. Press Talk/Send key. Phone will reboot and reset all data on your phone.
If you are not able to enter code (for any reason - locked meny or phone do not recognize # XXXXX) the only option to unlock your phone will be to "flash" your phone with specific tools and new software. There is no option to use combinations of buttons to perform factory reset what will allow you to reset/unlock your phone. Unfortunately, you will not be able to flash your phone by yourself. You will have to contact your cell phone provider (I guess TracFone
) or Samsung Customer Care at free number 1-888-987-HELP (1-888-987-4357).
