Welcome to JustAnswer!

My nickname is Todd and I will be the expert working with you today to help resolve your problem.

What is the model name of your Samsung cell phone?

If you are not sure about phone model, please check at the back sticker under battery for phone model.
Remove the back cover and battery from your phone and look on the IMEI label. Your model number will be printed somewhere on this label. Thanks!

...I'm sorry, I sent this info earlier today,---I must have screwed something up. The model number is XXXXX SGHT301G(TF).

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately you will not be able to transfer your picture to your computer via email. SGH-T301G handset does not have a configurable POP3 or IMAP4 application witch will allow you to send email.

The only method to transfer a picture to a PC is to send the picture via MMS (picture message) to an Email address.

To send a Multimedia Message follow the steps below:
1. While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu
2. Select Messages (4)
3. Select Create New Message (1)
4. Select Multimedia Message (2)
5. With Subject highlighted, press the OK key
6. Enter the Subject text, using the keypad (up to 40 characters)
7. Press the left soft key for Options then select Save (1)
8. Highlight Graphic, using the navigation keys, then press the OK key
9. Select Add (1) then select from the following:
-- My Photos (2)
Highlight the desired Photo, using the navigation keys
Press the left soft key for Options
Select to Add (2) the Photo to the Multimedia Message
-- Downloaded Graphics (3)
Highlight the desired image, using the navigation keys
Press the left soft key for Options
Select to Add (2) the image to the Multimedia Message

10. Highlight Message, using the navigation keys, then press the OK key
11. Enter the Message text, using the keypad (up to 1000 characters)
12. Press the left soft key for Options then Select Save (1)
13. Press the right soft key for Send To
14. Either enter a phone number/E-mail address, using the keypad, or press the left soft key for Options
15. Select the recipient type from the following:
-- Recent Recipient (2)
Select either Number (1) or Email (2)
Highlight each phone number or Email address, using the navigation keys
Press the OK key to Check the Recent Recipient's box
Press the left soft key for Options
Select Add (1) or After selecting all recipient's, press the left soft key for Add or Select

16. After selecting all Recipients, press the right soft key to Send the Multimedia Message to the Recipient(s).

Please let me know if you have any difficulties.
