I am having problems with iTunes when syncing my iPhone(stalls-out). I've run a diagnostics on iTunes. The network test all pass except it is unable to get a secure link to iTunes Store - failed. Internet connectivity passes, but when I try to run help, it tells me I have no Internet connection to the itunes Store. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, and tried every angle I can think of. Can you please help?
HiWhen you open iTunes and click on "iTunes store" to the left, what error message do you get? Or is it just giving a blank white screen?Thank youVinod
It's just sitting there and the status bar at top shows to be accessing iTunes store, but nothing else happens. has been that way for over 5mins. Tends to slow down everything else on my Dell E6400 too.Running Windows XP Professional have 4,096MB total physical memory.
Thank you for the info.Let's try this.Close the itunes. In windows xp, click on your start menu, then on "programs", go to accessories, click on the command prompt icon. Once it opens, type in the following command...netsh winsock resetPress enter. If it prompts you to restart the computer, restart it.Now open itunes and try to connect.Let me know whether this helps
