Hi there and welcome

To unlock you need to factory reset, this will delete all data on the phone but there is no other way around this

To do this

1. Turn off the Phone. Press and hold Volume Down button, press Power button.

2. Next the phone should go into Fastboot. Press on the Volume down key to select the Android Recovery option.

3. When you see an image of Android let go of the Volume down key.

4. Next open the Menu by tapping on the bottom right corner of the screen.

5. Now select Wipe data/Factory reset.

6. Then press OK.

7. On the confirmation screen, select Yes and OK to proceed.

8. Android will now begin to reset the device. When you see the "reboot system now", Press OK. If it is not selected by default make sure you select it.

9. Your Motorola Droid Razr should bootup shortly and you can use it.

whats the model number?

Customer replied460 days and 7 hours ago.

Richie, thank you. I think we just may be out of luck at the moment because I do not remember the model number and she has the phone. I have had my i phone for a minute so I don't remember what it is exactly and when i look it up that phone has several model numbers of which I cannot distinguish. It is not that I am not satisfied with your response I don't know if it is the answer I need.

No problem and thanks

You will need to download Motorola phone tools from this link and install it on your computer

http://www.motorola.com/Consumers/US-EN/Consumer-Product-and-Services/Software/Motorola-Phone-Tools-version-5-US-EN

Once installed, connect the phone to it. In the program go to Advance settings and from there you can do a hard reset

At the time of our last chat she was looking for another way to unlock the code. She left for Trinidad so I cannot reset the phone from the computer. --Let me see if she can access your info and I will get back to you or if she was able to unlock it. Thank you
