turn off wait 10 min buttrey off vol+ vol- plus power hold not work

Okay, sounds like whoever worked on it did not do something correct.

If it is getting hot after it was worked on, the motherboard has probably been shorted.

To be honest, I'd just scrap the device and start over.

You are going to have to replace the motherboard, probably the charging port, the ribbons, and then you are going to have to get it soldered or solder it yourself.

The price and effort are going to go beyond the value of the device with a lot of potential that it will not even work.

I'd recommend against it.
